Claims run-out:  Ends March 31
Open enrollment: Oct 1 - Oct 31

  • There is no grace period or carryover funds for Dependent Care (DCAP).
  • Healthcare FSA will carryover funds per the IRS limit ($570 to 2023; $610 to 2024).
  • Transit and Parking plans will carryover the full balance.
  • Enrollment is required each year.
